4WD Rover Zero 3
4WD Rover Zero 3
I just received my robot and set it up in about 45 minutes. It's pretty obvious where everything plugs in and I didn't have any trouble pairing the PS4 controller. This included seeing up the R&D payload. The quality seems very high, overall. Thanks!
Note: All variants come with one battery and charger. Additional batteries, chargers, drive kits, and accessories can be purchased separately. You can also contact us for any custom configurations.
The Rover Zero is the most budget friendly, most robust, most capable development mobile robot on the market. With the same hardware as our premiere Rover Pro, the Rover Zero can stand up to virtually any task. The cost savings of the Zero removed the IP rating, so we do not recommend driving in inclement weather or especially dirty areas, but the Rover Zero UGV is more than capable of climbing hills, managing sidewalks, and traversing gravel if the ground is dry. The 98Wh battery is small enough to bring on a plane, so the Zero UGV is ideal for bringing your project with you wherever you need to go. Whether you need a single robot for your project or are developing a full AMR fleet, the Rover Zero is the perfect mix of performance and price.
Getting Started - All our robot computers are configured with ROS2 Humble by default, if you need another configuration please let us know.
