One of our most asked requests is for a power button and charge port to be added to the Rover Zero 2 so that you don't have to open the battery door so much. We think this is a great idea, but many of our customers operate their robots in public spaces and don't want an exterior power button for anti-tamper reasons. So we leave this as a DIY project. It takes about $50 and 30 minutes to add a power button and charge port.
The power button we recommend is from a company called Flipsky.
